Even before the world was struck with the pandemic, Noah and I were going through it. Both socially isolated in our individual circles, we found solace in daily conversation over the phone, looking up at the same set of stars in our individual neighborhoods, knowing that we weren’t truly alone. I honestly believe those walks down Comm Ave were the foreshadowing of a truly bleak year. It set a precedent to look at the positive in the smallest things.
